Below You'll find (hopefully) all the information you need for this weekends mini SESSIONS. I AM SO LOOKING FORWARD TO SEEING ALL YOUR HAPPY FACES.
These sessions will be held at Brantwood Farms, in Brantford, ON. The address is 251 Powerline Road, Brantford. It was really easy to get to with the navigation on my phone. It was 35 minutes from my front door(Woodstock) to the location.
Please leave with plenty of time for travel. Remembering that sometimes traffic on the 403 can be slow. The location will be closed/closing by the time your sessions take place, so there shouldn't be too many people around. When you enter into the parking lot you'll see a wooden building (That's the market, closes at 5pm) to the right of it you'll see a driveway, head in that direction. Just behind that building there is a large dirt parking lot. You'll park somewhere in there. We will be shooting most likely in the trees right in front of the parking lot. I'll come out to meet you once it's your turn.
(YOU DO NOT HAVE TO PAY FOR YOUR ENTRANCE INTO THE ORCHARD - I HAVE COVERED THIS COST - there is NO need to check in anywhere. If a staff member happens to approach you, you can let them know you're there for a photoshoot in the apple orchard.
Please Please Please be on time, or better yet EARLY for your session, you're going to want to utilize all that time. Leave early. Grab a coffee on your way and hang out until your session time. If you're running late please reach out to me to let me know. There is a 5 minute buffer between sessions but beyond that I can't extend your session to make up that time and I can't go over my allotted time that I've paid for in the space so please be on time!

This is a farm. The ground is uneven and rustic. Please wear appropriate footwear and make me aware of any mobility concerns. There might be bugs or bees. Please make me aware of any allerigies.

These sessions will be quick, so leave any stress in the car and be ready to have some fun. If kiddos need some time to warm up, be sure to come early to give them a chance to warm up to their surroundings.

Of course we see apples and want to take a big bite. And some sampling is to be expected but the goal is not to waste any food. I have a bag that the kids can pick apples and you can take some home!
Quick Questions
What do we do if it rains?
I's only this day, so if it's raining there won't be a rain date. I'll get you into one of my other mini dates if you want! But it's looking nice so far!
When do I pay for my session?
You can pay for it anytime really. You can pre-pay so you don't forget. You can pay on the day of the session (before or after) or you can pay when the images are done in case you want to grab a few extras. It really doesn't matter to me, and I keep track of who owes me what so I won't let you forget.
How long will my photos take?
Right now my turnaround time is 4-5 weeks. I always try to deliver in less time than that. If you need the photos sooner than that there is an optional rush fee of $150 (No hst) and you'll have your gallery within 48 hours from when you pay the fee to rush them!
How many photos come with the package again?
15 of your favourites. I'll edit the best ones and you'll choose from a gallery of your images.
Can I buy more photos?
Yep! Additional images are $15.00 each or you can upgrade your gallery for $150.00 (+ HST) But theres no pressure at all to do so.

I'm going to be late, who do I call?
You can text me 519 6083487. I left a buffer of 5 minutes between sessions so beyond that I won't be able to add time to your session if you're late. But we will make it work. I can shoot pretty fast!
Someone in my house is sick!
Honestly unless they're at deaths door and absolutely miserable I'd still bring them. The sessions are quick and I find that outside always perks kids up. Plus I'm also getting over a cold as well. So you're in good company.
I'm stressing about outfits!!

Are there Bathrooms?
I'm pretty sure there's a porta potty somewhere nearby but don't quote me on that.
Do I have to pay to get in?
Nope! I've covered that fee for you! If an employee asks what you're up to, just say you're there for a photoshoot back in the sunflower field.
Can we bring our dog?
Absolutely. They must be kept on a leash at all times and held onto.
